OK, so we bumped into Terry and Warren for the first time on Saturday night.  They had never seen us or met us till they came to Jake’s Roadhouse  — but now we’re thinking of hiring them to teach introductory classes at Reckless Red fan school ( just an idea, no course catalog or accreditation yet…).  In case you missed their comment after the blog entry below, I’ll reprint it because a) it’s dang flattering and b) it’s a good reminder of the RR bottom line:

“We had a GREAT time at your show at Jake’s Roadhouse last night. You guys are FABULOUS! We really enjoyed your mix of alt country and blues and rock. We will be watching your schedule for future shows near us…”

Sounds great to us, Terry and Warren — in the immortal words of that song filled with timeless wisdom, the Hokey Pokey: that’s what it’s all about!  Hope you’ll tell a friend or two and we’ll see you round town for sure…
